DRESS REHEARSAL & SHOW GUIDELINES

• Dancers will report directly to the Warehouse Theatre during their scheduled time for dress rehearsal. A detailed schedule will be released a week prior to the event.

• Parents, family, and friends may not attend dress rehearsal. (Warehouse Theatre, Historic Theatre, Lobby areas)

• Groups with dancers 6 & under may assign a parent to assist them. Please let us know in advance and we will provide them with a pass.

• Absolutely no one will be allowed in the Historic Theatre Lobby until doors open at 6:00 p.m.

• Dancers in the second half may watch dancers in the first half from the audience and vise versa during dress rehearsal.

• Dancers may leave after their rehearsal slot.

• Costumes are not mandatory for dress rehearsal.

• If using props, please schedule a time with us to strike the stage (if needed) two weeks prior to the event.

• Please park in the PAC LIFE parking lot to allow parents, friends, and families can use the Holiday Inn garage.

• We will do Curtain Call in the beginning of rehearsal. (Studio owners, captains, coaches, featured choreographers, and graduating seniors)

• We encourage dancers and parents to stay for the whole evening of the show. We know this is a school night and may be late for the little ones but if it is possible, please stay and support your dance community!

• PLEASE LEAVE ALL VALUABLES AT HOME. THE ACADEMY AND LDC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING BELONGINGS.
