12:50 p.m. Group 7 & 8 arrive 

12:55 p.m. Group 9 & 10 arrive

1:00 p.m. Group 11 & 12 arrive

1:05 p.m. Group 13 & 14 arrive

1:10 p.m. Group 15 & 16 arrive

1:15 p.m. Group 17 & 18 arrive

1:30 p.m. Debrief in Warehouse Theatre (Everyone)

1:40 p.m. Studio and Company Owners, Leaders, Captains, Coaches, and graduating seniors report backstage to stage Curtain Call.

2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. DRESS REHEARSAL BEGINS (second half dancers may watch from audience but will not be allowed in Historic Academy Lobby, no exceptions).

4:30 p.m. SPONSOR SET UP IN LOBBY

5:30 p.m. HISTORIC THEATRE LOBBY DOORS OPEN 

6:00 p.m. Dancers call time (Report directly to Warehouse Theatre)

6:10 p.m. Debrief 

6:15 p.m. First four dance groups backstage and in holding areas

6:20 p.m. Dance Leaders backstage

6:30 p.m. CURTAIN

**GROUPS THAT NEED TO STRIKE ANY PROPS ON STAGE MUST DO SO BETWEEN 12:40 p.m. AND 1:40 p.m. AND WILL NEED TO SCHEDULE A TIME TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE. PLEASE ARRANGE FOR YOUR DANCERS TO SET AND STRIKE PROPS.**
